Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

150g Smoked Salmon roughly chopped (you can use offcuts)
150g Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup (125 ml) Greek Yoghurt or Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill roughly chopped
1 Lemon zest from the whole lemon and approximately 1 Tablespoon of the juice
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until they all come together and the dip is almost smooth.  Spoon it into a bowl for serving and top with more ground black pepper and a little more chopped dill.  Keeps well in the fridge for a few days if covered with plastic wrap.
  2. Serve with crackers and/or vegetable crudités or use it as a spread for bagels.
