Ingredients

2 Cups (150g) Rolled Oats
2 Cups (65g) Cornflakes
1 Cup (45g) Bran Flakes
3/4 Cup (65) Shredded Coconut
1 Cup (130g) Pistachio Kernels
1/2 Cup (60g) Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup (60g) Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Runny Honey
1/2 Cup Rapeseed (Canola) Oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 150˚C Fan (160˚C).
  2. Roughly chop the pistachios.

  3. Mix the cereals, nuts and seeds together in a large shallow baking tray.

  4. Drizzle over the honey and oil.

  5. Mix everything together well.

  6. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, checking and giving the muesli a good stir every 10 minutes or so.  You want the muesli toasted but not incinerated so do keep an eye on it.
