1 teaspoon Butter

  1. Melt a knob of butter in a small frying pan until it starts to foam.
  2. Crack open an egg(s) into the centre of the pan.
  3. Cook the egg over a gentle heat until the white of the egg is cooked (the colour has changed from clear to white), the edges and underside are a little crispy and you can lift the edges with a spatula.
