Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil (the best you can find)
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

VinaigretteIngredients

  1. In a small bowl briskly whisk the oil, vinegar and mustard until combined and thickened.
  2. Add the sea salt and pepper to taste

Makes enough for a medium sized salad.
