1/2 Cup (125 ml) Mayonnaise (Use the best quality you can find)
1 medium clove of Garlic crushed
1 fillet of Anchovy from a tin or jar, rinsed of salt and/or oil and chopped very finely
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Ground Pepper (no salt as the anchovies, cheese and mayonnaise are salty)
Put all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix them together well using a fork or a small whisk. You can use a small food processor or blender to combine them if you prefer.
