Ingredients

1 3/4 Cups (approx 400 ml) Milk
2 Bananas
1/2 Cup (125 ml) Greek Yoghurt (or any other thick yoghurt)
1 Tablespoon Runny Honey
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until lump free.
